Kraken aim to keep Utah's power play in check
- Seattle needs to stay disciplined and limit unnecessary penalties. Repeated power play chances for Utah could turn a competitive game the wrong way.1
- Seattle's scoring is spread out, with 16 of 22 skaters having scored and 12 of them more than once. Utah has had 18 separate goal scorers.1
- Seattle looks to limit turnovers, communicate in its own zone and manage chances around the crease. Rebound control in goal is part of that.1

- The NHL lists Joey Daccord ahead of Philipp Grubauer in Seattle's projected lineup; it does not explicitly confirm the starter.
Both teams have shown they can score, and the defensive side could decide who comes away with the points. Seattle's penalty discipline against Utah's power play is a key piece.1
