Winnipeg begins a three-game homestand against Vancouver on Thursday, with the Jets seeking a second consecutive victory after ending their nine-game winless stretch in Montreal.

The Jets' game-day preview puts the focus on carrying Tuesday's response into their return home. Coach Scott Arniel praised his team's persistence after it recovered from a four-goal deficit to win 5-4 in overtime on Dylan Samberg's goal.

Vancouver starts a two-game trip against Canadian opponents. The Canucks' official preview highlights Elias Pettersson, who has 18 points in 17 games, and Jake DeBrusk, who scored twice in Tuesday's loss to Anaheim.

The visitors also pointed to Jacob Quillan's physical contribution against the Ducks. He fought twice, and coach Manny Malhotra praised his forechecking and ability to force turnovers as well as his energy.

Thursday is the first of three meetings between Winnipeg and Vancouver this season, with the remaining games scheduled for February and April.
