TRUE Pauses Dealer Portal Orders Ahead of Elastic Migration
PlumRiver submissions stopped on 14 September; TRUE directs retailers to sales representatives while targeting Elastic by March 2027.
TRUE Hockey has paused orders through its PlumRiver dealer portal while TRUE Sports prepares a replacement platform called Elastic. The public notice gives 14 September 2026 as the effective date and targets the new platform by March 2027. That is a target, rather than a confirmed opening date.
The order route has changed
The notice says an order entered through the old portal on or after 14 September will not be received or processed by TRUE Sports. For a retailer, that makes the submission channel a practical issue: entering an order there does not establish that the supplier has accepted it.
TRUE directs its retail partners to their local territory sales representative to place orders during the transition. The same representative can provide the latest Available to Sell inventory report, or ATS. The company presents that route as the way to keep ordering while the digital platform changes.
What the notice tells equipment buyers
This is a change to the dealer ordering channel. The notice does not report a product recall, a manufacturing stoppage or a change to individual equipment specifications. It also gives no revised delivery timetable for a particular skate, stick or goalie set.
TRUE's separate public equipment site lists player sticks, skates and protective gear, alongside goalie sticks, skates and stock and custom equipment. Its dealer locator offers a route to local retailers. Those pages describe the equipment and retail network; they do not establish inventory for a specific configuration.
For a buyer checking a particular size, flex or custom build, the useful next step is to confirm that configuration and its delivery estimate with the retailer. The portal notice alone cannot establish either.
