The CCM Ribcor Trigger Unleashed Pro Top Shaft Shape is a separate stick configuration with a different upper handle. CCM identifies the senior version as HSTRUNLPT-SR, alongside the standard HSTRUNLP-SR Ribcor Trigger Unleashed Pro configuration.

The change is in the top hand

CCM describes the Top Shaft variant's upper section as asymmetric and says it is intended to improve comfort and reduce wrist strain. HockeyMonkey adds that the larger upper shape comes from the Vizion stick and incorporates a finger channel so the shaft sits naturally in the hand.

That makes handle geometry the useful distinction when comparing the two senior sticks. The Top Shaft version remains an ultralow kickpoint Ribcor with a stiff blade and Nitrocoil Fuze connection. CCM says the revised shaft-to-blade connection improves balance and directs energy into the release. The comfort and release benefits are manufacturer claims; Hockey.com has not measured them on the ice.

Configurations and checked prices

CCM lists senior flexes of 65, 70, 75, 80 and 85, left and right hands, and 90TM, P28+ and P29+ curves. The senior page lists a 60-inch length.

On October 2, 2026, CCM's own stores showed the senior left-hand, 75-flex, P29+, 60-inch configuration in stock at CA$439.99 in Canada and US$389.99 in the US. HockeyMonkey also lists the senior Top Shaft Shape at US$389.99.

Stock still depends on the configuration and country. CCM Canada's right-hand 65-flex 90TM and left-hand 75-flex 90TM configurations, both 60 inches, returned unavailable on the same date. Those two configurations returned in stock at CCM's US store.

These are dated seller checks, not a guarantee that every listed option can be ordered. This is a specification comparison rather than a launch announcement: the distinguishing detail is the upper handle, and the buying decision still requires the exact hand, flex and curve.
