The Seattle Torrent have named 28 players to their 2026-27 training camp roster, with the group set to skate at Kraken Community Iceplex.
The roster has 16 forwards, eight defenders and four goaltenders. Seventeen are already signed for the coming season, and 16 were with the Torrent in 2025-26. Among the 2026 PWHL Draft picks on the list are Emerson Jarvis, out of Quinnipiac University, and Abbey Murphy, from the University of Minnesota, who is also already signed.
Camp opens Wednesday, Nov. 18, after the 2026 IIHF Women's World Championship wraps up in Denmark (Nov. 6 to 16). Seattle will play two preseason scrimmages against PWHL San Jose at Tech CU Arena: Sunday, Nov. 29 at 5 p.m. PT and Monday, Nov. 30 at 1 p.m. PT.
"This training camp is an opportunity for our returning players to reinforce our standards and culture and for our newcomers to establish their roles within our group," said Torrent General Manager Meghan Turner.
The regular season starts with three road games: at the Vancouver Goldeneyes on Saturday, Dec. 5 (12 p.m. PT), at San Jose on Wednesday, Dec. 9 (7 p.m. PT) and at the Minnesota Frost on Sunday, Dec. 13 (11 a.m. PT). The home opener is Sunday, Dec. 20 at 4 p.m. PT against PWHL Las Vegas at Climate Pledge Arena. Single-game tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster on Friday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. PT.
