Ristolainen skates but will miss fifth straight game for Flyers
The Philadelphia defenceman joined Thursday’s morning skate and remains out for the game against the Rangers.
Rasmus Ristolainen took part in Philadelphia’s morning skate Thursday, but the Flyers defenceman will sit out against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden, NHL.com reported. It will be his fifth straight absence since he aggravated an upper-body injury in the Oct. 24 game against Anaheim.
Philadelphia will also be without forward Nikita Grebenkin, who has a back injury. Puck drop is at 7 p.m. ET.
