Forwards Marco Kasper and Mason Appleton are each 10 days to two weeks from a possible return for Detroit, coach Todd McLellan said ahead of Saturday’s home game against the St. Louis Blues.

Kasper has an upper-body injury, while Appleton’s injury is undisclosed. They have missed 12 and 11 games, respectively, according to the NHL’s projected lineup report.

Albert Johansson, whose injury is also undisclosed, will be unavailable for at least three more games. He has already missed two.

The same report projects St. Louis to keep the lineup from Thursday’s 4-1 win over Boston. The Blues list Tyler Tucker, Logan Mailloux, Dillon Dube and Ross Johnston as injured.
