The Carolina Hurricanes bring a four-game winning streak to Nashville on Tuesday, Nov. 3, for a meeting with the Predators at Bridgestone Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.

Pyotr Kochetkov is Carolina's projected starter and goes for an 11th straight winning start. On Sunday, the 27-year-old became the first goaltender in Hurricanes history to win 10 consecutive starts. He is only the third goalie in NHL history to win his first 10 games of a season, joining Jack Campbell (11 with Toronto in 2020-21) and Carey Price (10 with Montreal in 2016-17).

Logan Stankoven is in line to play his 200th NHL game. He leads Carolina with 10 goals and has 28 goals in 43 games since March 31, playoffs included. Former Predator Mark Jankowski returns to Nashville with eight goals in his last nine games.

Nashville will have a new look down the middle. Shane Wright is expected to make his Predators debut after Nashville acquired him from the Seattle Kraken for forward Matthew Wood on Sunday, NHL.com reported. The Predators said he practised Monday alongside Filip Forsberg and Nils Hoglander.

Taylor Hall travelled with Carolina and took part in the morning skate, but coach Rod Brind'Amour said the forward will not play, according to NHL.com. The Hurricanes list Hall (upper body) as possibly returning Thursday at the New York Islanders. Jordan Staal (calf) remains out. For Nashville, forward Jonathan Marchessault is a game-time decision because of an undisclosed issue.

Carolina enters at 12-2-2 with 26 points, leading the Metropolitan Division, after beating the Winnipeg Jets 7-0 on Sunday. Nashville is 5-4-5 with 15 points and defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 5-4 in a shootout on Saturday.

The Hurricanes are 7-1-1 away from home, while the Predators are 4-3-2 at home, according to the Associated Press preview.

The Hurricanes list Hurricanes Hockey Network for the television broadcast and 99.9 The Fan and the Hurricanes app for radio coverage.
