Goldeneyes unveil crested jerseys for second PWHL season
Vancouver will wear its new design for the first time at the Dec. 5 home opener against Seattle.

The Vancouver Goldeneyes unveiled new home and away jerseys on Wednesday, Oct. 21, putting the team logo on the front of their sweaters for their second PWHL season.
The team said the jerseys will make their on-ice debut against the Seattle Torrent at Pacific Coliseum on Saturday, Dec. 5. The home opener begins at 1 p.m. Pacific.
The design uses five bronze stripes on each sleeve to represent the wings of the common goldeneye. V-shaped panels along the lower sides refer to Vancouver and the team’s flying V celebration, while the eye from the logo also appears within the back numbers.
Bauer, the PWHL’s jersey partner, produced the sweaters. The team said both versions are available through the league’s online shop, with an in-person sale at Pacific Coliseum scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 22, from noon to 8 p.m. Pacific.
