The Anaheim Ducks recalled Roger McQueen from the San Diego Gulls on Tuesday, Oct. 13, and placed Ryan Poehling on injured reserve with a lower-body injury, the club announced.

McQueen scored three goals in his first three AHL games this season, leading San Diego in goals. The Ducks signed him to a three-year entry-level contract on April 18.

The 20-year-old centre has six points — four goals and two assists — in 11 career AHL games with the Gulls. He made his professional debut with San Diego at the end of last season.
