Wranglers Open AHL Camp Monday With 20 Players
Calgary begins on-ice work at WinSport on Sept. 21, with five tryouts from ECHL affiliate Rapid City.
The Calgary Wranglers open their 2026 training camp Monday, Sept. 21 at WinSport, with a 20-player roster for the start of on-ice work. The AHL club listed three goaltenders, seven defencemen and 10 forwards, including five players on tryouts from ECHL affiliate Rapid City.
The goaltenders are Owen Say, Semyon Konopskii and tryout Shane Farkas. The Flames assigned Say, Konopskii, centre Carter Wilkie and left wing Ryder Boulton to the Wranglers on Sept. 19. All on-ice sessions are open to the public, with media availability afterward; the club said its schedule could change.
After camp at WinSport concludes Sept. 26, Calgary will visit Abbotsford for preseason games against the Canucks on Sept. 27 and 28. The Wranglers open their regular season at home against Abbotsford on Oct. 2.
