Wranglers seek two-game sweep in San Jose

Calgary returns to Tech CU Arena after a 6-4 victory, while the Barracuda try to end a three-game skid.

The Calgary Wranglers visit the San Jose Barracuda again Friday, Oct. 16, looking to follow Wednesday’s 6-4 win with a second victory at Tech CU Arena. Puck drop is 7 p.m. PT.

Calgary enters at 4-1-0-0 with eight points. San Jose is 1-4-0-0 with two points and has lost three straight.

The teams were tied 4-4 entering the third period Wednesday. Calgary scored twice in the final minute of regulation to take the win, according to the Wranglers’ game preview.

Friday gives the Barracuda a chance to split the two-game home set against Calgary after surrendering that late lead.
