Spencer Gill scores first pro goal in Phantoms’ overtime win

Spencer Gill scored his first professional goal Wednesday to help the Lehigh Valley Phantoms beat the Laval Rocket 5-4 in overtime at Place Bell.

Gill tied the game at 3-3 early in the third period, sending a shot through traffic from the left point. Alex Bump put Lehigh Valley ahead on a power play later in the period, extending his goal streak with Lehigh Valley to six games.

After Laval forced overtime, Zayde Wisdom scored 1:05 into the extra period.
