Sirens extend Křížová through 2027-28, Nylén Persson through 2028-29
New York added one year to each contract and has 19 players signed ahead of training camp.

The New York Sirens announced one-year contract extensions for forward Denisa Křížová and defender Maja Nylén Persson on Oct. 13. Křížová is signed through the 2027-28 season, while Nylén Persson’s deal now runs through 2028-29.
Křížová had re-signed with New York in June after joining the club at the March trade deadline. She recorded a goal and an assist in seven games for the Sirens.
Nylén Persson played all 30 games in 2025-26 and led New York’s defence with 11 points. The Sirens selected her in the second round of the 2024 PWHL Draft.
New York has 19 players under contract for training camp, including 10 forwards and six defenders. Nylén Persson and forward Makenna Webster are the two players signed through 2028-29.
The Sirens’ home opener is scheduled for Dec. 6 at Prudential Center.
