Reign seek to end four-game skid against Barracuda
Ontario hosts San Jose on Wednesday after the Barracuda ended their own losing streak in overtime.
Ontario will look for its first victory in five games when the San Jose Barracuda visit Toyota Arena on Wednesday. The AHL game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Pacific.
The Reign enter at 5-6-0-0 after losing four straight. Their most recent setbacks came against Tucson, which won 5-4 on Friday and 3-2 on Saturday.
San Jose brings a 4-6-0-0 record into the meeting. The Barracuda ended a two-game skid Sunday with a 3-2 overtime victory over Bakersfield.
Ontario has also had a change up front. The Los Angeles Kings announced Tuesday that Taylor Ward was being loaned to the Reign while Kenny Connors was recalled to the NHL club. The move leaves the projected lineup subject to change.
