Rangers recall Justin Dowling, assign Cole Beaudoin to Hartford

New York swaps forwards with the Wolf Pack on Wednesday after Beaudoin appeared in four NHL games.

The New York Rangers recalled Justin Dowling from the Hartford Wolf Pack and assigned Cole Beaudoin to their AHL affiliate on Wednesday, Oct. 14, the clubs announced.

Beaudoin has five points — one goal and four assists — in his first two games with Hartford this season. He made his NHL debut on Oct. 6 against the New York Islanders and has appeared in four games for the Rangers.

Dowling has a goal and an assist in four games with the Wolf Pack this season. He recorded nine goals and 20 assists in 46 Hartford games last season and also played twice for New York.
