Marat Khusnutdinov broke a 1-1 tie with 6:24 left. After Anton Forsberg stopped Morgan Geekie’s attempt, Matthew Poitras kept the play alive and Khusnutdinov finished with a backhand near the crease.

Elias Lindholm and JJ Peterka added empty-net goals. David Pastrnak had scored Boston’s first goal at 2:43 of the second period to erase an early Los Angeles lead.

The Kings have yet to win through six games and have scored once in each of their past four outings.
