Hershey loans eight players to ECHL affiliate South Carolina

The Bears sent four forwards, three defencemen and a goaltender to the Stingrays and released three more players from camp tryouts.

The Hershey Bears have loaned eight players to their ECHL affiliate, the South Carolina Stingrays, according to an announcement from the receiving club Monday.

The loans cover forwards Alex Gaffney, Kyle Jackson, Landon McCallum and Cam Morrison; defencemen Noah Beck, Jérémie Biakabutuka and Rhett Parsons; and goaltender Ben Kraws.

South Carolina also said Hershey released defenceman Aidan Hreschuk and forwards Josh Prokop and Ryan Sandelin from training camp tryouts. All three will report to the Stingrays.
