The Calgary Flames will wear their 2004 home sweaters when they host the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday, Oct. 24. The game at Scotiabank Saddledome begins at 8 p.m. MT (10 p.m. ET).

Calgary says members of its 2004 team will attend, and replicas of the green hard hat associated with that playoff run will be available to 2,004 fans entering the arena. Saturday is the first of four games in which the Flames will wear the throwback look.

The other dates are Dec. 26 against Vancouver, Dec. 29 against San Jose and Jan. 9 against Tampa Bay, according to the club's announcement. Each opponent faced Calgary during its run to the 2004 Stanley Cup Final.

The Flames have won two straight at home, most recently beating Minnesota 2-1 on Thursday. Detroit arrives after a 5-2 win in Vancouver.
