Ducks Open Camp With 48 Players, Fan Day Set for Saturday
Anaheim opened camp with 48 players at Great Park Ice, where Saturday's free Fan Camp includes an Orange-Black scrimmage.
The Ducks opened their 2026 training camp Thursday at 10 a.m. at Great Park Ice & FivePoint Arena in Irvine, with 48 players on the roster: 29 forwards, 14 defensemen and five goaltenders.
Anaheim says the group includes eight of its own first-round selections and 25 Ducks draft picks overall. Camp is open to the public and free of charge.
The first three days run in two groups, Team Orange and Team Black, splitting time between Rink 3 and FivePoint Arena. Thursday's sessions had Team Orange beginning at 10 a.m. and Team Black at 11:45 a.m. Friday follows a similar format.
Saturday is the centerpiece. The club's Fan Camp features a Team Orange vs. Team Black scrimmage from 10:35 to 11:45 a.m. on Rink 4, with fans invited to join the team for warmups starting at 9 a.m. on the east grass area outside the building. The two groups also have practices on Rink 3 at 10 a.m. and noon. The event includes giveaways, live music and appearances from Wild Wing and the Ducks Power Players.
The Ducks note that camp times and group rosters are subject to change and direct fans to AnaheimDucks.com and the team's X account for updates.
