Blackhawks activate Andrew Mangiapane from injured reserve

The Chicago Blackhawks activated Andrew Mangiapane from injured reserve on Friday, Oct. 23, the club announced. The forward had been sidelined with a lower-body injury.

Mangiapane has appeared in one game for Chicago this season. The activation makes him available to return, although the club’s announcement did not confirm a place in Friday’s lineup.
