Chicago will try to extend its winning streak to three games when Dallas visits the United Center on Saturday, Oct. 17. Faceoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.

The Blackhawks beat Pittsburgh on Tuesday and Winnipeg in overtime on Thursday after Connor Bedard returned to their lineup. Bedard contributed a goal and two assists across those games, according to the Blackhawks’ preview. Artyom Levshunov scored Thursday’s overtime winner.

Dallas enters at 3-3-1 with Matt Duchene sidelined for about three months following core muscle surgery, NHL.com reported. New signing David Perron will also miss the Chicago game because of visa issues.

Stars coach Glen Gulutzan said Perron needs time to skate and get familiar with the team before joining the lineup.
