Chicago opens a three-game road trip Wednesday against Florida, with Anton Frondell and Connor Bedard setting the pace for its attack away from home. It will be the teams’ last meeting of the season, according to the Blackhawks’ official preview.

Frondell has two goals and two assists across his last four road appearances, while Bedard has two goals and an assist in his first two road games of 2026-27. They contributed three goals and an assist between them in Chicago’s Oct. 31 visit to Boston.

The Blackhawks also arrive with a penalty kill that has allowed one goal over its past five opportunities. That performance came Monday against Colorado. Chicago lists its overall penalty-killing rate at 79.6%.

Alex Vlasic has logged 47:08 of shorthanded ice time this season, with Ian Cole at 44:29. Both sit among the NHL’s top 25 in that category, according to the club.
