Amerks host Cleveland on inaugural ASL Night
Rochester will offer sign language interpreters as it seeks consecutive wins for the first time this season.

Rochester’s first ASL Night accompanies Wednesday’s visit from the Cleveland Monsters at Blue Cross Arena. The Americans say sign language interpreters and additional arena features will be available for fans who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The game begins at 7:05 p.m. ET, with coverage starting five minutes earlier on WGR Rochester and AHLTV on FloHockey. It is the first of eight meetings between the North Division clubs this season.
The Amerks enter at 5-4-0-1 after beating Lehigh Valley 6-3 on Friday. They scored twice on the power play in that win and are looking for their first consecutive victories of the season.
Cleveland brings a 6-4 record into the start of a five-game road trip. The Monsters have lost three of their past five games after a 4-1 start. Wednesday is their first game against a divisional opponent this season.
