Marsblade's O1 Team II and O2 Team II off-ice training skates share a boot, but the equipment beneath it changes. Marsblade lists a 3D one-piece thermoformable shell, intermediate stiffness and a three-piece felt tongue with lace-bite protection for both. The comparison is therefore chiefly about the chassis and wheel package.
In matched senior size 9 D configurations, the O1 uses four 76 mm wheels per skate. The O2 uses a Hi-Lo arrangement of 80/80/76/76 mm. Marsblade supplies Revision Static outdoor wheels with the O1 and Revision Clinger outdoor wheels with the O2; both are listed at 82A hardness. Both packages include ABEC 9 bearings.
The O2 also provides a different way to adjust the rocker. Its box contents include one pair of rocker inserts, while additional interchangeable inserts are sold separately. Marsblade's O2 insert-kit page identifies the supplied H4-T4 setting as designed to replicate the O1 rocker. Having an adjustable chassis does not mean the complete selection of alternative inserts comes with the skates.
Marsblade says the O2 has enhanced torsional stiffness and claims improved energy transfer. Those are manufacturer claims. The shared boot and different wheel layouts are documented construction details; they do not establish a measured skating advantage for a particular player.
On 9 October 2026, Marsblade's US price data listed the senior O1 Team II backorder configuration at US$228.65 on sale, displayed as US$229 on the page, and the senior O2 Team II at US$319. The official listings carried pre-order labels with estimated delivery at the end of November. That is an order estimate, rather than evidence of a new launch or immediate physical stock.
Availability also depends on the seller and size. Ice Warehouse listed the O2 in senior 6.0 D at US$319 with one unit in stock when checked. That listing does not establish availability for the matched size 9 D comparison.
