CCM has announced the Tacks Recharge Pro for a European launch on 16 October 2026. Its official launch page says pre-orders opened on 9 October. The announcement gives the Tacks stick family a concrete update in three linked areas: the shaft-to-blade connection, blade construction and flex profile.
A different route through the shaft
CCM calls the connection Novashock Fuze and describes it as a revised junction between the shaft and blade. The manufacturer says it channels energy into the shot and contributes to a lighter, better-balanced stick. Those are CCM's performance claims; the page does not provide a measured weight with a corresponding flex.
The Supercharged Mid Kick profile uses softer upper and lower shaft sections around a stiff middle section. That arrangement matters when identifying this model: the launch page explicitly describes this stiffness distribution, rather than simply giving the stick a mid kick label. CCM says the design is intended to improve loading, shot power and puck speed.
Three zones in the blade
The Tri-Force blade has three distinct stiffness zones. CCM says they reduce blade cupping and concentrate energy towards the centre of the blade, with improved pop and consistent accuracy as the intended benefits. The announcement provides the construction detail, but no independent test results.
What the European announcement covers
CCM lists Youth, Junior, Intermediate and Senior versions. The launch-page table specifies 20 and 30 flex for Youth, 40 and 50 for Junior, 55 and 65 for Intermediate, and a 65 to 85 flex range for Senior. It lists P28+, P29+ and P90TM curves, with the Youth row limited to P28+ and P29+.
Black and White Edition versions share the same technical specifications, according to CCM. The 16 October date is expressly for Europe. A Canadian or US launch date, and stock for a particular hand, flex and curve, cannot be established from that regional announcement.
