Wild Roll Out New Game Day Menu at Grand Casino Arena
New hot dogs, salads and snacks join Grand Casino Arena's food lineup for the 2026-27 season.
The Minnesota Wild's home building has a new food lineup for 2026-27, and the headliner is a Minnesota all-beef wagyu hot dog stuffed with cheddar cheese curds.
A cheddar-curd-filled hot dog is also available on a wild rice bun. The Dapper Dog also offers a locally made Market House Meats hot dog filled with cheddar cheese curds.

Popcorn: Classic arena popcorn gets a Cheetos-flavoured upgrade.
Wild Greens: Two new salads. The Esquites Roasted Corn Salad has romaine, roasted corn, radish, black beans, avocado and cotija cheese with a cilantro lime vinaigrette. The Crunchy Thai Chicken Salad combines Napa cabbage, romaine, shredded carrots, mango, cucumbers, crispy chicken, scallions and crispy wontons with sesame dressing.
Michelob Golden Light Taphouse: The Taphouse Nacho with Beef Barbacoa piles house-made tortilla chips in chipotle salsa and tops them with cotija, guacamole, pico de gallo, diced mango, sour cream, scallions and cilantro.
The Crunchy Commuter: The Southwest Shuffle uses Frito Scoops, chili, cheddar, sour cream and scallions. The Street Corn Strut has salsa verde tortilla chips, roasted corn, lime crema, cotija, cilantro and Tajin. For dessert, the Dirt Cake Cruiser stacks mini Oreo cookies, dirt cake filling, gummy worms and whipped cream.
Fries: Truffle Fries are hand-cut, tossed in truffle oil and finished with fresh Parmesan.
