Stenberg hat trick leads Sharks to 10-0 preseason win over Ducks

The San Jose Sharks beat the Anaheim Ducks 10-0 at SAP Center on Thursday, Sept. 24, for their first win of the preseason. San Jose scored five goals in the first period, two in the second and three in the third, according to the NHL game sheet.

Ivar Stenberg scored three goals and added an assist. Michael Misa had a goal and three assists, while Igor Chernyshov scored twice and assisted on another goal. Mason Marchment also scored twice; Brett Leason and Filip Bystedt had one goal each.

Alex Nedeljkovic stopped all 21 shots he faced for the shutout. San Jose put 27 shots on the Anaheim net.
