Stars Assign Six to Texas, Release Three PTOs

Dallas sent four forwards and two defensemen to AHL Texas, while releasing Jack Becker, Ben Gleason and Kyle Looft from tryout deals.

The Dallas Stars assigned six players to the AHL's Texas Stars and released three players from professional tryout agreements on Wednesday, Sept. 23. The club announced the moves in a roster update.

Forwards Justin Ertel, Christian Fitzgerald, Ayrton Martino and Charlie Paquette, along with defensemen Aram Minnetian and Connor Punnett, were assigned to Texas. Forward Jack Becker and defensemen Ben Gleason and Kyle Looft were released from their PTOs.
