Sirens Player Dayle Ross to Help Lead Beaverlodge Camp
The Spirit River native joins the instruction staff at Beaverlodge Girls Hockey's Female Hockey Development Day on Saturday.
Dayle Ross is spending part of her September back in the Peace Country, on the ice with kids.
The New York Sirens player will help instruct at Beaverlodge Girls Hockey's Female Hockey Development Day on Saturday, according to the group's social media page. Ross is from Spirit River and is heading into her second PWHL season.
That is the whole of it, and it is the kind of thing that does not usually make a league news cycle: a pro player, home in northwest Alberta, running drills for young girls who now have a local name to point at when they picture the next step.
The development day is set for Saturday, September 19, 2026.
