PWHL Las Vegas set Dec. 6 home opener against Detroit at T-Mobile Arena
The expansion club debuts on home ice in a Sunday matchup against PWHL Detroit, the league’s first all-expansion meeting of the 2026-27 season.
PWHL Las Vegas will play its first home game on Sunday, Dec. 6 at T-Mobile Arena, facing PWHL Detroit at 5 p.m. PT, the club announced Monday.
The game will be the league’s first matchup between two expansion clubs in the 2026-27 season. It is one of six games on opening weekend, Dec. 5 and 6, when all 12 teams will play. The league has grown from eight teams to 12 for the new campaign.
Las Vegas was announced as an expansion club on May 13. It will also visit the Seattle Torrent at Climate Pledge Arena for Seattle’s home opener on Sunday, Dec. 20 at 4 p.m. PT.
The complete regular-season schedule is set for release Friday, Oct. 2, alongside national broadcast details.
