Providence Bruins Name 13-Player Camp Roster, Two Preseason Games
Providence listed nine forwards and four defensemen for camp and will play Springfield twice before the AHL season begins.
The Providence Bruins announced a 13-player training camp roster Monday, listing nine forwards and four defensemen ahead of the 2026-27 American Hockey League season.
The forwards are Ben Allison, Maxim Andreev, Robert Cronin, Wyllum Deveaux, Cross Hanas, Ryan McGuire, Nolan Renwick, Ryan Tattle and Antonio Venuto. The defensemen are Jack Bar, Jaxon Bellamy, Dylan MacKinnon and Chris Ortiz.
Providence will play two preseason games against the Springfield Thunderbirds. The Bruins visit Springfield on Friday, Sept. 25 at 7:05 p.m. at MassMutual Center, then host the Thunderbirds on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 7:05 p.m. at Amica Mutual Pavilion.
The AHL regular season begins Oct. 2. The league said all 32 teams will play 72 games through April 11; Providence opens its 35th AHL season at home against the Utica Comets.
