Predators sign Tyson Jost to one-year, two-way contract

Nashville kept the forward after he attended training camp on a professional tryout.

The Nashville Predators signed forward Tyson Jost to a one-year, two-way contract Monday after he attended training camp on a professional tryout, the club announced.

Jost, 28, played 69 games for Nashville last season and recorded eight goals and 16 points. The Predators had claimed him off waivers from the Carolina Hurricanes on Oct. 1, 2025.

Nashville opens its regular season at home against the Minnesota Wild on Thursday, Oct. 1.
