Florida fans cheered Mackie Samoskevich when the Seattle Kraken forward returned to Amerant Bank Arena as a visiting player for the first time on Saturday, Oct. 17.

The Panthers marked his return with a video that revisited his first NHL goal and showed moments from his time with the club, including Stanley Cup celebrations, NHL.com reported.

Seattle acquired Samoskevich from Florida in June. The Kraken’s announcement said he played 156 regular-season games for the Panthers.
