Brady Tkachuk and Matthew Tkachuk are set to play on either side of Sam Bennett when the Florida Panthers visit the Buffalo Sabres on Monday, Oct. 12. NHL.com's projected lineup lists the brothers together after coach Paul Maurice used that combination late in Saturday's loss to Minnesota and again at Sunday's practice.

Buffalo could restore Jiri Kulich and Konsta Helenius to its lineup. Both were left out of Saturday's game against Utah, then practised on a line with Josh Norris on Sunday. Their return remains a possibility rather than a confirmed game-day decision.

Florida is missing Aleksander Barkov and Brad Marchand with knee injuries, along with Jonah Gadjovich, who has a neck injury. Buffalo's injured players include goaltender Alex Lyon, defenceman Conor Timmins and forward Jason Zucker.

The Panthers enter at 2-1-2 and the Sabres at 2-3-0. Both lost 4-1 on Saturday. Monday's game at KeyBank Center is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
