Hamilton Hammers set inaugural home weekend against Toronto Marlies
Hamilton will host the defending Calder Cup champions on October 9 and 11 at TD Coliseum after opening its first AHL season on the road.

The Hamilton Hammers will play their first home games in club history against the Toronto Marlies at TD Coliseum on Friday, October 9, and Sunday, October 11.
The American Hockey League lists the two games as Hamilton's inaugural home weekend. Toronto enters the season as the defending Calder Cup champion.
Hamilton said tickets for the weekend went on sale September 11, with prices starting at $28 including fees and taxes. The club also plans a pregame ceremony and in-arena entertainment to mark the return of professional hockey to the city.
The Hammers begin the regular season on the road October 2 against the Belleville Senators and visit Toronto on October 3 before returning to Hamilton for the home opener.
Single-game tickets for the rest of Hamilton's home schedule will be released later, according to the club.
