Gulls bring three-point start into Saturday home opener
San Diego hosts Henderson at Pechanga Arena at 6 p.m. after a Friday visit to Coachella Valley.

The San Diego Gulls play their first home game of the 2026-27 season Saturday, Oct. 10, hosting the Henderson Silver Knights at Pechanga Arena at 6 p.m. PDT.
San Diego collected three points in its opening two games at San Jose: a 5-1 win on Oct. 3 and a 5-4 overtime loss the following day. Before returning home, the Gulls visit Coachella Valley on Friday.
Stian Solberg had two goals and two assists over the opening weekend. Anton Wahlberg recorded a goal and two assists, while Roger McQueen scored in both games. James Hamblin opened San Diego's scoring for the season in his first game with the club.
Laurent Brossoit made 29 saves in the opening win. Damian Clara stopped 28 shots in the overtime loss, in which the Gulls surrendered a 4-2 lead.
New head coach Dave Manson called it a weekend to build on, according to the Star-News. San Diego's home opener follows that first road test and Friday's game at Acrisure Arena.
