Flyers send Luchanko, Knuble, Bonk and Gaucher to Lehigh Valley

Philadelphia loans four players to the Phantoms and reduces its training-camp roster to 26.

The Philadelphia Flyers loaned forwards Jacob Gaucher, Cole Knuble and Jett Luchanko, along with defenceman Oliver Bonk, to their AHL affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, on Friday. General manager Daniel Briere announced the four assignments, which reduced the Flyers’ training-camp roster to 26 players.

A day earlier, Philadelphia loaned forwards Zach Aston-Reese, Nolan Foote, Danila Klimovich and Jack Studnicka and defenceman Cam Dineen to Lehigh Valley. That round left 30 players at Flyers camp before Friday’s assignments.
