Flyers loan Aleksei Kolosov to Lehigh Valley Phantoms

Philadelphia confirmed the goaltender’s assignment to its AHL affiliate after its preseason finale.

The Philadelphia Flyers loaned goaltender Aleksei Kolosov to their AHL affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, on Sunday, the club announced in a roster update.

Kolosov started Philadelphia's 5-1 preseason loss to the Washington Capitals on Saturday. The Flyers' official game recap says the club finished the preseason 1-3-0 and opens the regular season at home against Pittsburgh on Sept. 30.
