Burakovsky set for Senators season debut against Predators

Andre Burakovsky is projected alongside Tim Stützle and Drake Batherson, while William Eklund goes on injured reserve.

Hockey.com

Andre Burakovsky is set to make his regular-season debut for the Ottawa Senators against the Nashville Predators on Saturday, Oct. 10, according to NHL.com's projected-lineup report.

The winger missed the start of the season with an upper-body injury sustained during the pre-season. Ottawa's projected lineup places him with Tim Stützle and Drake Batherson. Faceoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.

William Eklund was placed on injured reserve Saturday after injuring his ankle against Philadelphia on Thursday. Coach Travis Green said he would be out for an extended period.
