Bruins Place Mikey Eyssimont on Waivers for Assignment to Providence
The 30-year-old forward is exposed to waivers so Boston can send him to Providence if he clears.
The Boston Bruins have placed forward Mikey Eyssimont on waivers for the purpose of assignment to Providence, the team announced Sunday, Oct. 4.
Eyssimont, 30, played 56 games for Boston in 2025-26 and finished with eight goals and 10 assists for 18 points. The 6-foot, 196-pound forward has appeared in 269 career NHL games with Boston, Seattle, Tampa Bay, San Jose and Winnipeg, totalling 33 goals and 41 assists for 74 points.
The Littleton, Colorado, native was originally drafted by Los Angeles in the fifth round (142nd overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
