Blues recall Adam Jiricek from AHL Springfield

The 20-year-old defenceman returns to St. Louis after spending most of last season with Brantford in the OHL.

The St. Louis Blues recalled defenceman Adam Jiricek from their AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds, on Sunday, general manager Alexander Steen announced.

Jiricek, 20, had 59 points on 19 goals and 40 assists in 55 regular-season games with the OHL’s Brantford Bulldogs in 2025-26. He also appeared in six postseason games for Springfield. St. Louis selected him 16th overall in the 2024 NHL Draft.
