Fans heading to Enterprise Center for the St. Louis Blues' 2026-27 home opener on Thursday, Oct. 8, will find a new build-your-own snack stand waiting. Louie's Snack Den, at Portal 31, sells customisable loaded popcorn bowls.

Fans pick one of two bowl sizes and a white chocolate, milk chocolate or caramel drizzle, then add up to three toppings, including toffee pieces, M&M's, Oreo cookie pieces, gummy bears and mini marshmallows. Extra toppings cost $1 each. The stand also sells Louie-themed merchandise.

The rest of the lineup leans local. Hi-Pointe Drive-In has added the Little Lunatic, a single burger patty topped with three toasted ravioli, jack cheese sauce and Red Hot Riplets. Ramblin' Rounds, known for mini donuts and fresh-squeezed lemon shake-ups, has added deep-fried chocolate covered strawberries, Pumpkin Spice Things Up mini donuts and a range of dirty sodas.

STL Kitchen, run by arena hospitality partner Levy, expanded its menus across the building:

  • Bratwurst Sliders and German Nachos at Bud and Brats (Portal 24)
  • A Pork Steak Sandwich and Loaded BBQ Mac & Cheese at STL Smokehouse (Portal 59)
  • Fried Green Tomato Sliders and a Rachel Turkey Sandwich at STL Gastropub (Portal 15)
  • A Doritos Walking Taco at 1800 Cantina (Portal 11)

In select premium club spaces, two custom pasta shapes made exclusively for the arena will rotate through the season. One carries the STL logo, the other the team's fleur-de-lis-inspired mark.

There are also two new signature cocktails at select locations all season. The Goal Line Grab mixes blue curaçao and lemonade with a yellow sugar rim and lemon garnish. The Blue Note pairs blueberry and ginger with lemonade, finished with a yellow sugar rim, mint and lemon. Both come in non-alcoholic versions.

The team says its culinary program dates to 2017, when it introduced local restaurant partners.
