Blackhawks Loan Roobroeck, Holmes and Henry to Junior Clubs

Sunday’s three moves leave Chicago with 47 players in training camp, the team announced.

The Chicago Blackhawks loaned forwards Ryan Roobroeck and Parker Holmes and defenseman Ty Henry to their junior teams Sunday, the club announced.

Chicago's September 20 release lists Roobroeck with the Guelph Storm, Holmes with the Sarnia Sting and Henry with the Erie Otters, all in the Ontario Hockey League. The OHL also lists Guelph as Roobroeck's 2026-27 club following his time with Niagara and Sarnia as Holmes' 2026-27 club following his time with Brantford. Chicago's training camp roster now has 47 players: 27 forwards, 15 defensemen and five goaltenders.
