The Montreal Canadiens expect forward Alexandre Texier to play his 300th NHL regular-season game Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. He enters the night with 299 appearances in the NHL’s career records.

Montreal will wear its Hometown Remix sweaters for the first time on the road. The Canadiens debuted them at home against Winnipeg on Nov. 3 and have scheduled 10 games in the uniform this season.

Saturday’s game starts at 7 p.m. ET at Scotiabank Arena. Montreal won 3–2 in Toronto in the first meeting of the season on Sept. 29 and comes in after a 5–4 overtime win over Utah on Thursday. The Canadiens did not schedule a morning skate and said they would post their lineup closer to puck drop.
