GATINEAU, Que. - Paul Byron had a goal and two assists and the Gatineau Olympiques moved away from a berth in the Memorial Cup with a 4-1 win over the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies on Wednesday.
Gatineau leads the best-of-seven Quebec Major Junior Hockey League final 3-1. The Olympiques are looking to represent the QMJHL at the Memorial Cup for the third time in the past six seasons.

GATINEAU, Que. - Paul Byron scored four goals and added two assists as the Gatineau Olympiques defeated the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies 10-4 Tuesday and took a 2-1 lead in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League final series.
Game 4 is Wednesday in Gatineau. Claude Giroux had two goals and two assists, while Gerrit Fauser, Michael Stinziani, Alexandre Touchette and Darryl Smith also scored.
