Bosch, Cameron score 11 seconds apart as Medicine Hat tops Edmonton

Brennan Bosch and Bretton Cameron scored 11 seconds apart in the first period and the Medicine Hat Tigers went on to a 4-1 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings on Tuesday night in Western Hockey League action.

Edmonton's Jeff Lee brought the Oil Kings (20-34-4-7) within one with a power-play marker late in the second.

Medicine Hat's Jordan Hickmott restored the two-goal lead for the Tigers (39-21-5-2), with a short-handed breakaway at 56 seconds of the third period and Tyler Ennis scored his 40th goal of the season into an empty net.

Elsewhere in the WHL, it was: Calgary 6 Prince Albert 2, Seattle 5 Prince George 1, Moose Jaw 5 Brandon 3 and Everett 5 Tri-City 2.

At Medicine Hat, Alta., Tigers goaltender Ryan Holfeld stopped 18 of 19 shots, collecting his sixth win over Edmonton this season.

Oil Kings netminder Dalyn Flette stopped 24 of 27 shots.

At Prince Albert, Sask., T.J. Galiardi and Ryan White scored two goals each to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a win over the Raiders.

At Prince George, B.C., Bud Holloway had two goals, reaching the 35-goal mark for the first time in his career, to lead Seattle over the Cougars.

At Moose Jaw, Sask., Jordan Knackstedt, Keaton Ellerby, Ty Wishart and Martin Filo had two points each for the Warriors in their win over Brandon.
