MINSK, Belarus - Jordan Eberle scored the overtime winner to give Canada's under-18 men's hockey team a 6-5 exhibition win over Finland on Friday.

TAMPERE, Finland - Raimo Helminen capped his long international career Thursday by assisting on Finland's last goal with four seconds left in a 6-1 win over the Czech Republic in the LG Hockey Games.
After a five-year absence, the 43-year-old Helminen was picked by head coach Doug Shedden as a gesture of honour to finish as a national team player before his home crowd in Tampere.

HELSINKI, Finland - Former NHL player Jere Karalahti has been charged with smuggling amphetamines into the country in a case involving 19 people, including a motorcycle gang.
The Espoo District Court opened the case against Karalahti and other suspects in a local prison for security reasons. If found guilty, Karalahti could face up to six years in prison.
