Randy Jones suspended two games for hit

Chalk up another suspension to the Philadelphia Flyers.

Defenseman Randy Jones has been suspended two games for his hit from behind on Patrice Bergeron of the Boston Bruins Saturday.

This is the third time a Flyer has been suspended this year. Steve Downie and Jesse Boulerice were banished for a combined 45 games in two sepearate incidents within in past month.

Victims deserve some blame

Don't dump Randy Jones into the same basket with bad-apple Philadelphia Flyers teammates Steve Downie and Jesse Boulerice.

Jones' hit from behind on Patrice Bergeron of the Boston Bruins, although borderline nasty, wasn't even in the same stratosphere as the dumbass antics of Downie and Boulerice.
