ESPN is reporting that Curtis Joseph has finally decided where he will play this season.
It appears to be with the Calgary Flames.
Joseph, 40, spent time playing for coach Mike Keenan in 1994-95 as a member of the St. Louis Blues. He has not played in the NHL this season, but did play for Canada at the Spengler Cup.

If Mike Keenan gets the pink slip in Calgary, don't be surprised if Miikka Kiprusoff offers to be the one delivering it.
Something is amiss in Cowtown. It is safe to say Keenan might be inside the head of his star goaltender.

That sure was sweet of Calgary Flames brass to gift wrap a contract extension for recent birthday boy Miikka Kiprusoff.
Too bad the 31-year-old goaltender isn't worth the six-year, $35million US contract.
Current NHL economics and a dearth of available good goaltending say it behooved GM Darryl Sutter to lock him up. With rose-colored glasses firmly in place, it appears he is worth the money, starting next season.
